J. Theory was founded to make health information easier to understand. We believe research has the greatest impact when people can apply it to their everyday lives. Our first publication focuses on menstrual health because it is an area where many young girls struggle to find clear, accessible information.

Joyce Joseph is the founder of J. Theory and a second year college student, who created J. Theory to make evidence -based menstrual health information easier for girls to understand and use. Her interests include public health, health communcation and expanding access to clear health education.
